t was a terrible stay. when I searched the location of the booked hotel it directed me to Rama Utsav. very dirty and unhealthy. so I talked to Mr Nitesh Gupta and complained. He then sent me to Rama Inn. it was also not good also at all, small and tidy room. again I objected. next day I was offered to stay at prince mama and then diverted to hotel Uday, room was ok but far away from city. So I checked out on 29th due to conveyance problem. no complimentary breakfast also. i stayed for 3 nights instead of 4 . kindly consider my case and make refund accordingly

The hotel has zero facilities as explained during booking the condition of the room was terrible, the size and quality was below the worst as money they have charged us. No facilities of breakfast, water and other accessories
