Horrible experience

We booked this hotel on make my trip 2 weeks ago and paid full amount but on the day of check-in the hotel people said they don't have any vacancy and the hotel is packed. We tried to call the manager who never answered the call. We were standing on the roads on pahalgam at 6 in the evng with no clue on what to do. The hotel guys were not answering make my trip customer care calls as well. Horrible experience in j&k
