coupleNot a drop i lagoon. Ac inadequate in cooling even at night. Feels like oven during afternoon. Ex manager whose number is listed on mmt, took rs 6500 for full gypsy booking and booked only 2 seats on sharing. Basis, worth rs 1200. After lot of coxing returned rs 2500- food is great and manager and service staff var very cooperative. But * rating is misguiding.

First of all hotels location was in middle of tala but after reaching tala i find out it was 7km away. When i contacted the manager he said 'it is what it is, their is nothing he can do about it. After reaching the hotel, i found out they were lacking basic amenities like there was no refrigerator in the room, they told me most of their staff was on leave, dinner took almost 2 hours to arrive, their swimming pool was not functional, too many lizards in the room, i couldn't even get ice cubes. I had to call them several times just to get one thing done.

The stay was wonderful. Resort has spacious rooms. Good service by the staff especially mr vinod. Thanks to them for making our stay a memorable one. Only suggestion is rooms need a little more maintenance especially electricity. Food variety was limited but food quality was very good. They arrange for bonfire also which is really enjoyable. Overall a pleasant stay. Swimming pool was absolutely clean. Thanks to the team and mr shivendra for arranging everything. On top of it we had a good sighting too.

The most hospitable stay!

Tiger Lagoon is a beautiful property located inside 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗵. It has spacious cottages and a well maintained property. It has a very raw feel and you will feel extremely close to nature. The staff here makes it better than 5 star property, they have been extremely kind and courteous. All the meals were served on time and taken very good care of. We had personalised bonfire and breakfast menu for us. Hot water , tea and everything else was just a request away. The entire park has very low cell reception, they had provided us with us a personal wifi setup, packed breakfast for safari and made sure we were well attended all the time without invading in our personal space. We were two girls travelling from Delhi- but it felt the most safe , peaceful and fun to be here. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Beautiful place in the middle of the greens with king size, hygienic, well-equipped and well-maintained rooms. Truly picturesque with a pool in the middle and a lake at the back. Just a few kms away from tala gate (the prime entrance for safari. The location link in google maps was wrong, so we had to ride for 3 extra hours (please ask the resort manager for correct location if you are going. But the hotel staff, especially the kitchen supervisor vinod ji, made it up with top notch hospitality. From being available round the clock to serving us food on request, they made it an unforgettable experience. The food was finger licking good. We forgot to take our breakfast boxes while going for safari but vinod ji followed us to the forest dept’s office to ensure we had our food packets with us. Not only that, the morning we were prepping our bikes before checking out, the boys offered to help and cleaned our bikes to a sparkle. It’s also people like these and not just the tigers that make bandhavgarh amazing and madhya pradesh, the heart of incredible india.

Waste of money

The manager has no etiquette to talk to guest. Food was completely waste and overpriced. Staff took way long to do a simple job. In the stay of 2 nights duration none of the meals were hot/fresh. I would never recommend anyone to visit here.

Room don't have basic amenities like a mini refrigerator or television. They were charging money for jacuzzi but that was also not clean and the pressure of water was also not right. Basic toiletries were not provided even after asking for it.
