The Regent Palm Hotel

The curtains were damaged, dusty, and clearly not maintained. The furniture was old and worn, giving the room an unpleasant and neglected appearance. The bed and seat showed visible signs of strain and discomfort. Overall service was poor, and no efforts were made to improve the situation during my stay. I expected a far better experience for the price paid and the reputation of your establishment. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to address these issues for future guests.

Rooms were dirty. No hygiene was taken care of, it seems costly for the price paid. Food was good but room should be clean that is the main thing.

Location is good , room is neat and clean but the size of room and TV is not upto mark, food is goid

Front office manager was not supportive. we requested to upgrade but he denied and not given any option even rooms were available. Front office Manager was Busy on phone and not given check in on time. So next time would not like to stay in this hotel. food quality and service staff is very good.

The atmosphere and hospitality was very good

All are good but one issue is this room no -402 is not a good condition, bathroom lock not locking, curtains not foldable, charger switch sparking.

Staffs are very cooperative and neat n clean restaurant and hotel. Near by ISBT scenic view is good 🙂

The experience here was good and my room was 402, but there were some shortcomings like there was no body wash in the washroom, the remote condition of the setup box was not good, the window curtains were not opening. There is much more but this is enough. The staff is good, the food is good, the veg biryani is amazing. And lastly, their included breakfast in room is not buffet. U order it will be given to you.

Not good experience at all. The room service was not on time. The hotel is having so many issues w r. T service

Location is very good. Right on main market square. The breakfast was bad. The oil used was not good. The bed was also very small. No water heating kettle in room. No heater also was given. I was told heater is there only in the ac room. I skipped booking ac room as it's winter and assumed ac is for cold only. There is no view from window. Not a good experience overall, i should have just hired a hotel on main highway for night stay.

Facilities not at all commensurate with the money charged. In a small town like mandi such facilities should be priced much lower.

The room was not hygeinic at all. The bedsheet was visibly stained, but was changed on reguest. With another stained sheet. There were thousands of ants roaming around freely on the desk and the floor. And a humongous dent on the roof of the bathroom as well. . At 11pm till 2 hours there was loud noises of men yelling around and banging on the walls. Rest the positives were that the food was certainly good and staff was polite. Also checkout time extended by 1 hour on request, and the location is also prime.

My stay was completely plea-sent and i enjoyed a lot. Staff behaviour was very nice, this i loved a lot and is appreciable.

Location is good. My room was too small for three person i booked on mmt. Overall stay was average. Staff was cooperative

Hotel is bit outdated. But food and services are good. Not very superb view from window but location is right next to the main attraction of mandi.

My stay was superb, it's very easy to find the regent palm hotel, room was really good. My overall experience was great.

It’s terrible. I will never suggest this property to anyone
