the food was delicious and the location was good too, near market. ambience was also nice but the services were not as expected. I booked deluxe room but due to unavailability it was upgraded to super deluxe. the geyser in my bathroom was not working n i had to take cold shower. Also the handwash bottle wasn't refilled n it was kept empty. Bedside charging point was also not working.

Very burst service I have experienced before that. Geyser switch was not working. Water also not available for bath. Breakfast not provided in morning even my booking was including breakfast. Pls return my breakfast amount.

They refused to serve dinner. We took room with breakfast and paid in advance. Breakfast not served in the morning

It was horrible

The hotel was alright. There was no proper heating and it was a problem for the first night as it was very cold. The electricity kept going off a few times in the day. Having said that the staff was very helpful and responded to all requests quickly. I presume it’s the issue with the city’s electricity supply and out of hotel staff’s control. Overall i was satisfied for a short stay. Probably okay for single person, but may not be convenient for families.

Located in the city is average hotel with poor service and highly priced.

There was no basic amenities available in the room. For example- no water, tea, towel, dental kit, slipper were available. No staff service was there except a guy at reception so if you want anything you need to call a guy. No hotel guest were there which was very strange.

Hotel is quite a high priced. Roma were very small with no eminities in it.

The property is located in the center of the town and is very well maintained. The rooms are good size and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. The staff is polite and service is good.

USP of this Hotel is its location. It's covers both The City area and civil lines conveniently.

Worst hotel, they book hotel for marriages, and can give you smallest room with no facility, worst staff a really expensive food, they will give you nothing in return of your money.

Hotel was nice and center of City. Parking was also good. They lack in small and small issue. Mosquito, no light in parking basement in night, lift don't work if electricity is down. And so on

Very good hotel in this area, food quality was also good. But it is little bit far from railway station. Room was very neat and clean 24 hour electricity supply, according to me its a value for money.
