The Park Hotel

We were given two rooms as per our requirement. We need to climb almost Sixth/Seventh floor by stairs to reach the block B rooms. Expected it to be at the front as per the photos in site. Hence the first exception we faced with the room location. Basic amenities like Electric Kettle/tea/cup were missing. Had to asked for several times to get that. We reached around afternoon and were given these next day morning. Staff attitude was good and helpful but that didn't help to get items on time. Complementary breakfast was limited to two slices of bread/toast or 3 pieces of roti/3 pieces of puri and sabji. Check for the details while booking complementary breakfast. Food quality was average. Be careful on the fish quality if you want to have it. In our case fish was not good and had to return, the good thing is that resturant person consider it as veg thali which was good. Resturant is not in the same building but has a good balcony table where from the view is great.

All are good but restaurant is not available in hotel, location in good, food was not too much good and testy.

The park hotel location, accomodation is very good. Gentle behaviour of manager and other associates. But room no 409 (deluxe) commot was very loose. I request to appropriate authority to tight nuts. Running water not function properly but on call authority to help very much to resolved the issue. Otherwise all good.

This hotel is situated just in front of mirik lake. This is one good point and rooms are also clean. But there is no wardrobe space in the rooms and also the geyser of the washroom is not in good condition and sometimes doesn't works or give hot water very slowly. Also no extra tables provide for in room dining.

Rooms are very dirty and long distance from desk . Room service not provide timely. We are face so many problems with this hotel

Hotel management is very good. Rooms are well maintained. The atmosphere and environment is refreshing. The food prices are pretty higher than normal but otherwise it's one of the best hotels. What about the ticket of swapnil bolel. He is an under 18 passenger. Pols confirm urgently

The room was on 6th floor. But there was no elevator. The food was terrible. The service was abysmal.

The location of the hotel was perfect but the hotel needs renovation. The rooms need renovation along with the washrooms. They need to work on the hygiene also, there were so many flies in our room from the beginning. The service was good and the staffs are good in behaviour.

Family friendly hotel. Enjoyed my stay. Mirik lake in front of hotel. Hot water available. Very good location.

The hotel was old and the given room was actually having a king bed, not the 2 double-bed as proposed. There was no mirror in the room. It had damps on the walls of bathroom. Electric kettle was not provided. Hand shower was faulty.

Average but roughly, what else is that thick, I think the bed is very small, I mean, what else can you understand, the couple took it to rot, the bathroom is a bug, we are crazy, there are crickets in the door niche, there is no Circum charger socket!

Room is bad. Breakfast is bad. Room, toilet and breakfast are very bad.

Hotel condition is not good although staff behaviour is okay. Found seepage's on walls, dirty bedsheets, no intercom in room for accessing reception, tv set top box no recharge, rooms are completely different from the pictures, no cleaning of room even after insisting ten times

Rooms were ugly, draining water was not provided, no hot water as the geezer was not working, washroom was in a worst condition, bucket and mug has turned to black due to etc etc. Overall experience was very very bad.

Hotel service is not good

Blankets are not fresh. Geyser water leakage in bathroom. No hot water coming from the pipe.

The location is just amazing for the hotel, yet the hotel needs better maintenance. The restaurant owned by the hotel was not great either. Again, despite having such a great location.

Dirty bathroom & hand shower not work. 4 times i ask for drinking water but no one has responded, i have to purchase drinking water from out side. Tv is there but it's also not working.
