My experience at Palm Resort was exceptional. The resort is serene and aesthetically pleasing, and the caretaker provided attentive service. Overall, it was a highly satisfactory stay.

The location is beautiful. Villa is spacious and well maintained. The garden and mango trees around is a soothing sight. Nice break away from the city. Caretaker is polite and helpful.

The stay was beautiful and calm, silent & peaceful, not any type of problem at all. Suggested for couples too. Awesome

It is pleasant and peaceful location with lots of fresh air and cool breezes. If you have a long weekend it's the place to relax along with your family as it's spacious and comfortable. Over-all a good place to relax and unwind

The place was decent and the host was considerate. However there was not much to do inside the resort. No amenities or activities. We only indulged in activities we brought with us. The 1bhk was a much better and spacious option than the 2bhk. The whole land though was a beautiful experience.

The stay and food was awesome but I wish the location was little good it feels too away from the city and tourist point…

We had a very bad experience. Reached at night, around 9-10 pm. The road to the resort is very narrow and looks stranded at night. The caretaker do not stay at the property, he comes when we call. We booked the 2 bhk for 5 people. There's a kitchen attached to one of the rooms, which was not clear in the pics. The rooms and bathroom were filled with naphthalene balls smell, as they have put a lot almost everywhere. There was only one common bathroom. There's a swing outside in the pictures, but when we reached, the swing was filled with cleaning things like harpic, etc. The bedsheets provided were very dirty, and when we requested for change, got similar ones again. No towels or any toiletries are provided. The fan in the bedroom was noisy. The geyser was not working. we also reported these issues. The owner called and apologized.

Amazing place to chill and feel a touch of nature. The owner is very cooperative. You won’t face any difficulty reaching here.

Food quality was bad it took 2 hours after we gave order to serve the dinner water storage is very less and we had to keep calling them for bathroom water ac was very small and couldn't cool down the room location is good quiet place for relaxation

i left the hotel within 30 minutes of arrival. the rooms were of poor quality. there was no proper caretaker. the one mentioned in the message received was not staying at the resort. there was no reception nor did they ask for any identity proof. the overall resort was in dilapidated condition. the rice was of poor quality in the chicken curry ordered instead of chicken pieces, they served liver and chicken stomach. will be highly appreciated if refund can be initiated looking at my association.

The accommodation was good with excellent view and peace and quite. Its is surrounded by greenery. Staff are very cordial. Meals offered are very sumptuous and tasty. Staff are friendly and are available readily for room service.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. Great hospitality, cleanliness and tasty food. I would highly recommend visiting.

Everything was perfect. Visited with my wife. An awesome place to stay, food was excellent, rooms were excellent, clean and well maintained. Would like to visit again. . Keep it up!
