familyVery good service! my son got hit on his head. Staff really helped him and suggested good home remedies which helped it really fast! excellent service even though rokms are little old. But resort is maintained beautifully overall. Food taste was also really good

We have 'not bad' experience in this resort. Room condition was okay okay. There was rat waste inside room window. So we did not open it, there was wierd smell from towel s. Thank god we brought our own. Cleanliness inside room very poor. I beleive the previous guest married couple because there was flower all over place. No doubt staff is very good and helpful, the other activities was good in resort. Good for group of friends or family. Incase you are just there to enjoy.

It was very plea-sent stay with so much of green zone. Outside lawn n plantation is so nice that u can spend hours roaming there. Evening dinner was fantastic n it was like cheery on the top with natural aroma of different flowers with different light effects.

Even though we had booked our stay in advance & paid entire tariff amount, resort management had sold rooms to others & cancel-led our rooms without informing me by resort management as well as makemytrip. Two days prio to check in i called resort to inform my travel details & get shocked to know my bookings got cancel-led by resort management & they told me that you will get your refund. When i told i don't want my refund, i want my rooms only then matter raised to heigher management then they have somehow offered rooms in nearby farmhouse. This not the way to cancel the booking once you got full payment & that to without informing the guest by makemytrip or resort management.
