Really bad night with The Hotel Grntley

1.The bathroom light was not working 2.The receptionist was asking for payment screenshot event if we showed them booking id with confirmed booking 3.Breakfast was not provided even though it was shown in booking confirmation including breakfast they said it is MMT problem and not our concern 4.It was really frustrated to face all of these things event after paying 2500++ amt for one night stay

Horrible experience at hotel

1.Improper management and inexperienced staff. 2.The bedsheets were old and not properly washed. 3.The deluxe rooms were very small in size. 4.Food was mentioned while booking but was not available after check-in. 5.The check-in time was wrongly mentioned. Overall, it was a bad experience. Highly not recommended. Pros: Very close to Alibag beach.
