Property is good but needs improvement in lot of aspects

Property was good. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. When we were there, there was a cocktail party and they played very loud music till late night and since we had elders and kids along with us, we felt really uncomfortable. Moreover they are allowing people to have booze anywhere in the property and people were having booze in broad day light. We felt really uncomfortable as a family to be near such people. There should be designated area within property to have booze and this property was definitely lacking that. I would definitely not recommend this property for a family unless they make some effort to change some of these things.

familyStay was nice, food was good, property is also good, location is in village but accessible, night time obviously village roads are dark, no issues with that but roads are bit narrow, we should take caution while driving. One problem is lab-our shortage, service is good but lack of abundant persons has caused some maintenance issues like air conditioners, timely service, attending calls etc. Otherwise it is very good resort.

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We regret to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and we would like to address your concern in detail. Regarding your check-in process, your booking was made through Make My Trip which clearly stipulates a 12:00 pm check-in and check-out. You arrived at 4:00 am and requested an early check-in. While our policy generally does not allow early check-in, we made an exception and accommodated your request as a gesture of goodwill as it was early in the morning. This meant you received access to your room 8 hours prior to the standard check-in time. Given that room rates are based on a 24-hour cycle, it is only reasonable that we asked you either to check-out by 6:00 am the following day or to pay for an additional day's stay if you wished to check-out at 12:00 pm. We believe this was a fair request considering the extended use of the room. While we understand that there may been some misunderstanding during your stay, we always strive to provide a fair and welcoming experience to all our guests. We hope this response clarifies the situation.
