Very bad all over room condition is terrible

Location is awesome and very convenient for late check-in with friendly staff. Service and cleanness is good.

It was good according to budget. Because of being in the middle of the city, everything was accessible easily.

Stay was convenient and near to our safari gate(Aamdanda gate) . Receptionist was helpful and attended our calls whenever required.

Please provide lift for old people. Or atleaset you have to provide room on ground floor. Not a single TV working in the hotel what is the logic to put a TV in every room. Thanks.

Location of the hotel is very good as it is just behind the bus stand. Despite informing timely that my train will reach around 12am, the door of hotel was locked and the person inside wasn’t picking my call. The hotel owner who was not inside was reachable but even his call wasn’t picked by care taker. I had to slam the door repeatedly to wake him up. He eventually came out and was drunk and out of his senses. He turned off the lights as soon as i got in and i had to climb the stairs in a pitch dark place. Then he showed me the room without any check in process (which was actually a convenience. Then i requested him for towel and soap but he said he will give in the morning. I had to request him twice or thrice and only then he gave me a soap. The room and washroom were surprisingly clean for a budget hotel and a water bottle was kept but the sleep was disturbed by lots of noises which started early morning. The room was really very noisy as you can hear everything from other room, road, water pump and other machine noises along with corridor and stairs. Luckily i had noise cancel-ling headphones. The caretaker was helpful in the morning and gave me the towel and a better bathing soap. The hot water in bathroom (due to solar geyser) was a surprise and made the morning better. The windows of the room only open in the corridor and are covered only by feeble curtains so privacy is an issue. Overall this hotel is only good as an extremely budget hotel (i got the room just for rs 770 on mmt) and only and only if you can’t spend 400-500 bucks for improvement, then it can be booked.

Not maintained. Not cleaned bath room. Not suitable for tourists. Even one bottle of water provided. No ventilation

It's a good economical hotel in ramnagar. Since they do not serve the food in the restaurant. But it's good for an overnight stay.

Tv not working, ac working on fan, no cooling. No facility of tea, breakfast in restaurant. Tied up with outside restaurant for tea & other requirements

Unhygienic toilets, stinking rooms, broken jets sprays, electric leakages, nill or zero ventilation, no emergency exit in case of fire or quake, 99% person willl die in-case the property catches fire, no geyser. Unhygienic toilets. Ventilation. Not proper handling of electric leakage
