My first terrible experience in hotels

The Berlin hotel was booked by random search near Knowledge Park 2. Initially hotel manager argued about payment status of booking as in my mobile payment was successful and in his mobile it was pending. After 30 minutes he provided me room no 201 which was dirty initially and he refused to clean up. Bedsheet was dirty and teared at many places. Hot water geaser was not working. I asked for hot water cattle for drinking hot water, he refused. House keeping staff was not answering properly and asking extra payment as each basic requirement. Manager also told to leave me from hotel. Manager and owner was not accepting my calls many times

Bed not clean room not clean room & water heater not working no room service no bottle of water in room no towel and soap in room no person to attend us
