Good care given by the staff, Food served is delicious and in a healthy portion. The royal family which resides in the same premises, shows concern for all the guests of the palace. Himanshu & all other staff were very co operative and attentive.

Very average standard room, not worthy enough for the premium price they charges. Very nominal room. Wifi is not at all working. Food quality is also very average, no preferr d choice. Staff is very good and servic is also good.

familyA holistic experience. Courteous and polite staff, neat dining area, rooms and other shared amenities. Food was freshly cooked and nicely served. Hand cleanser, lotion, shampoo etc. Had a luxurious fragrance. Got a palace tour, and witnessed chhau performance. The palace pets (the great danes) were adorable. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Belgadia palace is a heritage property surrounded by lush green trees and we were taken care of by caring staff. General manager himself cooked us an early morning meal and bay a was in attendance all the while. The hotel promotes tribal and handmade local products. The food was homely and made to our order. We intend coming back. Rabi dash. Please convey our sincere thanks to mr pramanik.

The palace stay was wonderful. Very personalised care was taken by the staff. The cultural program - ‘chau nritya’ organised for us was a wonderful example of the support being rendered by the royalty for promotion of local culture & heritage. Just a suggestion- one meal could be organised as a sit-in dinner - consisting with delicacy from the local cuisine - this could be a fine dining experience with a royal touch.

coupleThe palace is a magical place. They took care of us from the time we entered. Sou-tam gave us a tour and told us about the history. An evening local cultural program opened our eyes to local dance. The food was divine and varied. They made things we asked for, even though they were not on the menu.

Excellent stay in belgadia palace pros- excellent location easily approachable with zero hassle check in, mr pervez is polite and efficient the trump card of the hotel is its ambience, the old world charm gets to you the hospitality team is excellent, special mention must be made of mr himanshu and mr vijay, took utmost care of our family and kids. Touched by their genuine care. Food is of excellent quality and taste and kudos to the chef for giving us the taste of local cuisines and changing the menu daily to keep it interesting local site seeing was organised by the concierge, good and helpful driver providedcon- the standard rooms are smallish and if budget is not a constraint better to avoid, the other room varieties are quite goodi will recommend the place to my friends. Excellent weekend getaway, can be reached easily by train or own vehiclewish the team belgadia palace all the best.
