We truly value all feedback and are sorry to hear you felt disappointed. For the safety of our property and guests, use of firewood is chargeable and only permitted in designated areas. Unfortunately, in this instance, firewood was used without prior notice and some property items were damaged. We hope you understand this was not about the cost, but about maintaining safety and preserving the space for everyone’s enjoyment. We still appreciate your stay with us and wish you the best in your travels.
