Booked two double beded rooms but condition of rooms and bathrooms were terrible. Rooms were damp and generating foul odour. TVs and bathroom exhaust were not working. Even after repeated requests nobody bothered. he couldn't provide us a better room. While paying for food he told us either replace the white bedsheet with a new one or pay Rs 1200 for a single bedsheet as our 5yr old son dropped some food in it. While we refused to pay Rs 1200 the owners started shouting. This is our first bad experience and hope for better experience in future.

The hotel has a very good hospitality and has good furnitures.

Guest house was great, owner was very welcoming.

Excellent service, excellent ambience, excellent food, excellent location, cleanliness was good. Excellent behavior by the staff and mr. Kastav himself was personally attending the guests even on personal virtue. Overall it's a must stay

The stay was comfortable rooms were spacious and the room service was up too the mark but the food was quite costly as compared to market rate and the taste was not so good overall rating is 4/5 room service 4/5 atmosphere and room 5/5 food 3/5

Washroom is too small and not comfortable at all. Poor service ac facilities not provided.

We travel-led as a family and our experience is pathetic. Hotel staffs behavior is worst even. Hotel room privacy and bathroom conditions was very bad. Will not recommend to visit this guest house

If i know before booking i will never booked it.

The only thing that went bad in our trip was our stay at swapnanir guest house. We had booked our room via mmt. The photos provided in the website were quite satisfactory. However, to our utter disappointment we were provided a room which was absolutely not suitable even for a few hours stay. Our biggest complaint was about the washroom in which it was tough to accommodate even a single person, it was that small! above all, it was shocking to find that the door of the washroom (sliding-type) was impossible to move to and fro as the channels of the door were jammed with dirt, which could only happen after a long period of no maintenance. We immediately conveyed our grievances to the in-charge, who was absolutely not ready to accept any of the faults and moreover he blamed mm t for the mishappening. After a heated conversation, he indifferently sent few workers to mend the door who declared that it would take a long time to complete the work since the room was not taken care of since a really long time. Hearing this, the in-charge asked us to leave the keys back! how could he ask us to breach our privacy? we repeatedly asked him to change the room, which finally he agreed to in the next noon (we were then provided a relatively better room. It is needless to say that we had a terrible time in using the shabby room and the open washroom for more than 24 hours. Last but not the least, we weren't asked to enter our identity or time of entry in any register of the guest house, neither were our identity cards checked, nor our marriage certificate verified. Basically, we were not asked to officially check-in or check-out, when we were ready with all the necessary details!
The hotel authority did not bother to check our temperature and most staff members were without mask all throughout. We were not sure about when and how the rooms were sanitised before we moved in because there were visible dust and dirt in the room. They should have sanitised our luggage as well, which they didn't. Overall, there was nothing called "safety standards" found in the guest house.

Nil safety meadures. No check in formalities. Room is small as per price. Smallest bathroom one can imagine. Durty, no cleanniness measures. One can not turn around without any difficulty in the washroom. I strongly recommend not to stay in this guest house particularly in the ground room. They even charged rs 950- to replace the tea stained bedsheet.

The most amazing experience in a guesthouse. We were stunned as this guesthouse serving food which is usually not done in guesthouse and the most benefiting thing is, it is neither too far nor too close to road so you will not hear a sound from the highway but you can walk to it to get 'Toto' for station, bus terminus, Handicraft Market etc. which is not too far away from the hotel and Sanibarer Hat (Khowai) is very close from here.
