Terrible Stay

I went to check in but there was no room available so they informed me to stay in a penthouse like a security room, not clean, no AC , dirty beds and pillow, they didn't change to my room which I booked hence I checked out in this morning as the whole night I was in temple, however I am leaving now and mad complaint to your customer care. I was there just an hour and I left. I checked out this morning

It is a new building but no one is taking care, no heater if you want to ask the person we will on the switch but person won't be available. Maintaince is worst
