property was good and excellent. special thanks to Manager Mr.Shailesh he is very helpful man and too much supportive. staying was good. area also fine property is spacious and clean. only my suggestion to the owner for more helpful if he can provide micro oven and one bed put in another room also installed a kamot shower. i have only suggestion for an more helpful to other person also. otherwise our stay was fantastic

the owner was polite i requested for early checkin and they he didnt denied the room was clean and cosy near to bombay market and surat railway station

Location residence in the industrial area bathroom fixtures not proper couldn't get water for one day due to some moter breakdown. Overal average stay.

Out of the two bedroom, one bedroom doesn't have proper bed. The toilets were not clean. Overall it's not a hygienic place.

The stay was good, place has all what you need. However some maintenances like fixing toilet seat and fan regulator are required, also some improvements in house keeping like cleaning of spider webs.
