Very bad room, The booking was confirmed after the payment at your site, but when I reached the hotel they had denied the booking and told me that they have not confirmed from their end for the room. Ultimately they have given me 4 bedrooms with horrible bathrooms and used towels.

Nothing like as description 1> no tv 2> no hot water 3> no basic needs 4> no proper parking facilities and etc,

The rooms and washrooms cleanliness needs to be improved, it was okay not good for night stay since we didn't get any other on way had to book this

We booked room for 10 persons including 4 kids, and they provided 3 rooms with 2 narrow beds. Toilets was also very small. Though staff was friendly and helpful, cleanliness was disappointing. The good thing which i found is there was bath room provided separately for each rooms.

Yeah sure. The room was not bad. Value for money. But the main issue was the quality of water. I think the water is salty. Hotel service was good.

Please avoid this hotel because it has very poor maintenance and less hygiene unable to stay for 5 hrs

An absolutely ordinary small lodge with tiny rooms and only single beds put together. No room service at all. It's ok for a quick 1 night stay.

Stay was comfortable, maintenance of the building is poor, no car parking available. Good food was not provided

Good hospitality and good staff he guided us where to visit in ooty. Stay and the environment was superb experience. Very neat and clean

The room was clean. There were no cupboards. The bathroom should have been cleaner. The cloth hanging rod in the bathroom is a little high and difficult to reach for senior citizens. The bathroom door should be provided with hooks for clothes there is no lift.

Budget friendly hotel for family. . Good

It's very nice experience, clean and tidy room and morning i got hot water for both, very good, will visit again thank you. It's my suggestion to provide towels and soap at morning

We worried, why do we need to pay in thousands to stay here, kindly return our amount, you are very great-full if you do so. Experiences very dirty rooms non cleaned toilets bad smell in the room bed covers and blankets not changed

Ok. Yes. Me and ma fiancee travel-ling to mysore from calicut, so we want freshup and little rest, then i booked a room in makemy trip, a couple friendly room shown in your page but that is not a couple friendly room, staff are behave like moral police we are shows our all proof and details after we got that room, extremely disappointed from this experience. I dont like it, i dont recommend surabi paradise

The room was cleaned and well maintained

Location was good, in center of the City. Food was good. Value for money hotel. Room was spacious and neat and clean. Would recommend the property.
