We booked 4 rooms for our families, and it was a complete disappointment. The lift was not working, and no staff came to assist even once. During emergencies, no one responded to our calls. They didn’t even provide water bottles. We had senior citizens (60+ years old) who had to climb three floors on their own. Very poor service and zero concern for guests’ comfort. Not recommended at all!
