One of the worst experience of the property. No responsible person and so on. Done

Stay was wonderful. problem was with confirmation.. the hotel owner picked up the phone only once 2 days before check-in and said he will call back to confirm the booking and didn't call back.after starting from home hotel said there is no confirmation. it was a nightmare coordinating

It is very good for food and safety. Very nice location except the road to reach there. Very cooperative staff.

There is no restaurant and room service which also is a deterrent for the high room cost charged

A good beach touch property in Sagareshwar Beach also call Vengurla beach. Well built property with good attention to detail in design, rooms decor and furnishing which is really commendable. The entire property is a narrow stripe of plot with other resorts in either side and grasping for space. The access to the property is a very short walk from the car park through the huts of the original residents of the place (the indigenous fisherman) who very turned out friendly people. But their dogs weren't as friendly as their owners, they were ever ready to welcome with howling and barking with slight sound footsteps. Rest assured I could sleep in peace because we had sets eyes guarding our cars (lol). The property being beach touching, becomes a struggle locating it from the main road. The entry from the main road is a very narrow lane with no signboards for guidance. The parking can struggle too, though there was ample space there was no well-designated place to park the cars. Not sure if the resort owned parking space as it wasn't clear of foliage, we parked over the wild foliage (most probably it wasn't owned by the resort there were ready drawn boundaries seen). Our driving skills were actually put to test for turning and rearranging our group's cars just for easy entry and exit. Was lucky all the cars parked in the space was from the same group and so we could manage it, I cant imagine the struggle if I was alone some other guest parked behind me blocking my passage. For a moment I was envious of the resorts next to our stay it appeared to have good designated spaces for parking. The resort is being run by staff themselves, there were no signs of any management. Staff were locals - very friendly and helpful, they were all-rounders playing all the roles right from rooms service to cleaning, cooking etc. In the absence of management and applicable service processes, it resulted in poor service experience. Had swallowed with the pinch of salt - it wasn't worth demanding from the poor helpless staff who appeared to go crazy running around. Despite being a well invested property, it is grasping for regular maintenance and development. On the account of that, the envisaged/committed standard of service couldn't be maintained. Hot Water and AC was non-functional, I felt inappropriate to demand for those services from helpless staff. In my next trip I would look for better option to get value for the money spent. Cheers!

Worst in class. No proper service no good rooms. Not at all hygienic towels and bed linens. No kitchen and not food service. You can get only worst tea. Ac not working terrible stay.

It was accompanied by my father and mother has good amenities large rooms good location and helpful staff.

Its a good place to stay with your family and close friends. Probably the best place in that belt of Sagareshwar Beach. Service is really good and approachable. Rooms are clean and neat. Food is amazing.

It is not a hotel nor a resort. No drinking water, tea, coffee. No food. Even not an approachable path for the vehicle to reach hotel, the so called resort. There were two fishermen in the name of staff. However the owner appeared to be a nice person. There was very poor impression of. MMT before my family especially, when I was boosting of MMT apart from too & fro vehicle charges amounting to a net loss, everyone was hungry till we could find accommodation with hotel.

The location is bang on by the beach and it is really serene and isolated. Food is disappointing and service is laid back. Rooms are big but lack basic amenities like hot water, extra bedding and so on. Overall, a very OK experience.

Hotel entry wasn't the best. Otherwise, great hospitality, lovely rooms, good food, Beachfront local. Good for peaceful break for your own time.

Good location, parking problem, poor service, fish quality in kokan area is poor.

It is not so pleasant overnight stay.
There were nocturnal insects all around. The room needed nets on windows.

The hotel room service was also nice and sweet.
