bohot hi jyada ganda room tha, washroom pura insects se bhara pda tha, bed sheet bohot hi jyada gandi thi itni gandi ki koi farsh bhi n poche usse, banket bhi bohot kharab diya tha. rat ko property me koi bhi nhi tha hotel wala. or n hi koi extra blanket provide kiya tha. garam pani bhi nhi tha or bohot jyada ganda tha sabkuch thodi bhi cleanliness nhi thi. vry bad experience paise brbad hogaye. Did not stay looking at road conditions and location did not feel safe to stay there. Leading road is dark.

Room jaise photos me thai vise bilkul bhi nhi thi, bohot dirty thai up r se washroom bhi bohot dirty tha. Rat ko koi bhi nhi tha v ha pr hotel wala. And ye resort nhi hai road side cheap lodg hote hai na visa hi tha. Room ke hisab se price bohot jyada hai. Bed bhi bohot ganda tha bedsheet to aise lg rhi thai jaise 2-3 sal se dhoi na ho, towel me se 1 balti mail niklega aisi halt thi. Itni than d me ek extra blanket bhi provide nhi kiya tha. Blanket ke nam pr sir f ek show l di thi. Bohot hi jyada ganda experience tha. Insects bhi bohot the.

No proper connectivity of road to reach property. Rooms are average condition. Food is not available, only tea is available. Pp l who are living here r helpful. But lot of things needs to be improve. Very dangerous and hard to find location in outskirts of godavari river.

Remote place, excess roads are badly damaged. No clear road to reach property. Rooms and toilets are not made with hotel sense. Not recommended for family stay. Property owner has spent so much money but building it in good manner is missing.

Mmt should physically check the road leading to this property. Ground clearance of a sedan car is not enough & is dangerous for its bonet & base. It's a muddy off-road which is in an unsafe & remote locality. Mmt should have a look at the rooms interior & cleanliness. It was pathetic.

Location is not good very pathetically services

It was raining yesterday and the road leading to the hotel was not driveable, not recommended.

I stayed only one night, food was just okay. Three star.

Very professional photographer must be hired to look the property as villa! it's more like chawl food is brought from nearby restaurant and served. Not even heated before serving.

If you want a quiet place with friendly staff away from the city, and 5 minutes away from all vineyards, then go for this.

They were going to remove our bags from the room in our absence even though we had paid for two nights. "no disturbance policy" should be there. There was a drunk group who came and were playing loud music even at night. Inaccessible location without your own vehicle due to "Kacchi sadak". Misinformation on MMT about restaurant. They do not have an in-house restaurant. Food was to be ordered from some hotel from outside. Overall wasn't too happy with my stay there.

Property is under development. Rooms are small. Breakfast is okay.

Great place with good privacy. There are 2 problem that the road is very bad to reach there and there's no attached bathroom to any room. Rest it was good you will find peace here as there's nothing nearby. Service was also good.
