This property is an shared 2Bhk apartment only one couple/room will get private bedroom and private bathroom another couple/room will get only private bedroom and bathroom is shared by other guests who are are allowed to stay in dining hall with matress on floor You will come to know which room you have been allotted only after reaching the apartment . "Dear Ravi Prasad, We appreciate you choosing our homestay. As discussed, our property is a 2BHK flat with a king-size bed in one room and another king-size mattress in the dining area, along with a common bathroom and a private bathroom in the other room. We allow room-wise bookings for guest convenience. We'd like to remind you that we provided detailed instructions for self-checkin, including key access, parking, and WiFi, via WhatsApp. We also ensured a smooth arrival with in-person guidance. Unfortunately, we noticed that our house rules regarding alcohol consumption weren't followed. We take this opportunity to reiterate that it's not allowed in our space. Regarding check-out, we'd like to clarify that our timings are strict, and late check-outs require prior approval. We understand your situation, but we can't accommodate late departures without prior arrangement.
