In my room flush was not working and a,lot of smell was there It was an average room but not suitable for family. For solo travelers it is OK. Nearby Rameshwaram Temple . They need to take care of all this.

Frustrating and feeling bad
Firstly no parking, the rooms were dirty, in one of the room, geyser was not working, the light was flickering.

Room condition was not good, bath room was not clean, we were unable to sleep due to noise from reception which is in ground floor next to our room

Terrible Stay
The place was pathetic. Filled with mosquitoes. They don't have a proper power back up. They switch of power and won't get it up for hours. They don't have glasses for drinking water. For kids drinking water asked a glass. He says we don't have any. Geyser won't work waited for 30min water was not even warm. We had booked 3 rooms. All same condition that too ac rooms.

Leaves a lot to be desired
The only advantage of this property is its proximity to the ramanathaswamy temple. Property doesn't match its suffix "deluxe" in any manner. Not properly maintained. Bathroom closet seat is simply placed on the top, removable! not even a dustbin provided inside the room. Despite booking days in advance, we were made to wait pending owner's "clearance! watchman demanded tips for "not disturbing" that we promptly refused.

Poor Stay
I requested to hotel manager for early check in but he refused and demanded rs 500 for early checked in even room was available and he was giving to other customers. Since my parents were also with me and i told to do early check out on the same day but he was agreed and didn't understand the situation of elders. On 23rd of feb, i have called and told about early checked in and early checked out. He was agreed too. We just walk on road till 11am then he gave room and the room was pathetic. They gave me 5 beds room instead of 3 bed room. No soap and hand wash in roomno proper basin was there. Water used to flow in bath room itself. Service boy and lady were asking money even they didn't help anything. Very bad manager. He was giving room to others but he didn't bother about elder people. Humanity lost against business. We checked out in evening at 6:30pm on the same day. Very bad experience. No, thanks but i didn't want this experience next time.

We booked non ac room for three persons for two night, in that allotted room toilet flush was not in working condition, check in was also not customer friendly. So i payed fully at the time of booking so some refund must be reimbursed

Terrible Stay
Hotel's room was quite unhigenc, dirty, linens were torn and dirty. Room's wall plaster was broken. Western toilet sheet was missing. In spite of multiple requests no action was taken. Hotel receptionist was very rude and least bothered about my request.
