In general the stay is satisfactory. Better facilities are provided there. But i think it is unfair to describe each and every minute items made available by the hotel in their advt. In the website. Furthermore at night after 10. 30 disturbing sounds from kitchen made it inconvenient to sleep. That's all. Thank you.

Overall the stay was good. Cleanliness and staff behaviour is very good. The rooms are maintained well. The veg resturant attached is really nice for the quality and service. One thing to note is the hotel doesn't have a lift so room in 2nd floor for elderly would be difficult. One improvement required is hot water management due to solar heaters. I would stay again if i have to travel to kollam as the stay was overall good.

Sir we have already. Said if climate is dull. Solar will make time. So we arrange it from heater. With in your time. . Rooms space is good for 2 adults. And children. Thanks for you. Good and low review

Stay was good, but the bathroom tap should be changed, it cannot be shut down. 1st day only cold water came and in 2nd only hot water. Centralized a/c was not working on 1st day and in 2nd day it was only hot air coming.

Ac, sir you put into hot air mode. We set remote 18 with cooling, any ac will change if we press hot air button. You should report to service on particular time.

The location of the hotel was good and easily approachable. The hotel was neat and clean. Room was clean but it was not so spacious. Staff behavior was polite and food was delicious. I recommend this place to others.

The hotel location was very worst, hard to find the hotel. Parking was available but not comfortable. The room was so small but bedsheet and pillows were clean. Staff behavior was okay, food was good. Not a value for money property.

This hotel is located at the entrance of the City. Very near to the railway Station. One can enjoy traditional Kerala food as well as most of the South indian food. Good parking facilities. Hotel staff and management are very much appreciated for their services.
