Terrible staff asked for extra money for ac room inspite of that i have already paid all the amount no food facilities available terrible room and no blankets washroom were dirty

Hotel rooms are very good, all things was cleaned, but we suffer for hot water in bathroom. Bathroom me hot water ka arrangements nahi tha, staff ko bola to unhone kaha k 15-20 min me aa jaayega hot water. Lekin 1 hour tak kuch nahi aaya, phir poocha k kab tak aayega, to unhone 2-3 baar bola k aane wala hai, phir 2 hours k baaed niche se gar-am kaur k laakar diya. Rooms ache hain but staff supportive nahi hai.
