familyMore then 2 hours i m waiting for room and he not give me whatever i book he change another address and i m waiting more then 2 hour down side room are so bad and i never book again

Very unprofessional behavior and poorly kept property

First of all the pictures n details portrayed it was a 2 bedroom apartment with a common area. Turned out to be a one room studio apartment with a pantry in the bedroom. Owner changed the address of the place from the one that was in the details. Room was dusty, run down in parts and not clean at all, with broken fittings as well. The owner connected us to the room boy who cleaned it and seemed helpful but disappeared after day 1 and didn't turn up at all to help in any way after that, inspite of requesting him to the gas stove was not working so we couldn't even make a cup of tea. No electric kettle ws provided either. When we called/messaged the owner he just did not respond or get back to us at all through our entire stay. The passage etc was also dirty with food trays lying around. A rat got into our room and we had a tough time chasing it out. Sheets etc didn't look clean either all on all v disappointed
