Silver Leaf Homestay

Had a very pleasant stay, mrs. Pratibha being a very good host. Appreciate her hospitality and guidance to roam in around sakleshpur. Property is situated in a coffee estate and very near to town compared to other homestays. We went for walk early in the morning and pets accompanied us (ruby, ruba and chilly.

The room is provided for a cost of rs 3750 per day for two person. There is a good maintenance of plants and garden outside. However there there are no facility available other than room. To be paid separately for food. No person available nearby. No activities. Cost of homestay was 55% of my total expenditure but stay at homestay contributes only 10% of fun and enjoyment what i had at sakleshpur during my 2 days stay. Why to waste so much on stay where no facility is available better to book cheap hotel room. No

I went with my wife. Home stay is not Worth for what we paid. U feel like staying in house only no change. Lot of disturbance from owner house. Food is very poor some time u feel guilty for asking any food preparation. If u are food lover I suggest not to visit. Stay also below average

I travelled with my wife and my year old son to Silver Leaf. We enjoyed the trip a lot. The house and the room was very clean, spacious and in the midst of a coffee estate. This is located very close to the Sakleshpur Town and so it was easy for us reach and is very close to the famous Manjarabad Fort. The host was very accommodating and we enjoyed the hospitality there. My son really loved the view of the occasional trains passing that we could See from our window. Overall it is a great place to stay for families and couples.
