The location is 5 km away from actual location, there is studio apartments are converted in rooms suits. Room size good. But service not like what you expect. Location / ambience is good, quite open.

The stay was ok ok but apart from this no service is available as it is a studio flat in a residential apartment. At this price better options are available

Location is good but rooms are very small for stay with family. Washrooms are not properly cleaned

Locality is good spacious room condition was not good couldn’t find name of the hotel anywhere rooms were not clean no room service

Hotel is cahnge its so dirty sarvice is not good owener behaviour is good but staff behaviour is so bad

We are in 5 floor. Lift is not working. It's not a hotal, room in a apartment. Not any tipe of service available there. We take over luggage and down from the 5 floor by steyers. No body helps us

Its not a hotel. They acquired few room in a building. Don’t book room with them. They don’t have basic services. I was afraid during whole night because i was with my family. There was only one contact person. He was standing outside of the building. When i asked him for tea. He said you should go to downstairs and enjoy the market food. @mmt i thought you should do basic research before listing any property at your platform. I was not expecting this property from your platform. Very pathetic.

Hotel management has shifted our rooms to other nearby properties without communication with us. There is different rooms and amenities. Very bed experience. During my 3 day stayed, they requested us to change room after 2 days immediately without previous communication. No any professional practice.

The stay was comfortable and the society it is in is really good. I would recommend this stay if you are coming along with your vehicle.

Service was not good room were veryy small

Imagine a room without wifi and tv. I have booked two rooms. One for 2 people and second for 3. But in the room for 3 they kept a dirty mattress on the floor while it was expected an extra single bed. I called owner and he replied that this is how it works in vrindavan and he can’t do anything about it. The mattress, sheets, towels, cups and glasses were very dirty. Rooms looks like locked since ages and no one cares about cleanliness. Washroom was full of insects. No wifi facility in today’s world is a crime, tata sky was not recharged but the agent kept on saying it is due to bad weather but it was working in other peoples’ room. No tissue box no toilet paper. I completely blame owner for my such bad experience. I check out as early as 7am in the morning coz i can’t stand in the place.

Worst hotel i ever stayed. Dirty bed sheet. Dirty toilet. No room services. There was no water in bathroom taps

It was a terrible stay at hotel shri krishna divine dham. Pathetic stay. Owner’s behavior not as per hospitality industries’ 1. No reception 2. No kitchen 3. No wifi 4. No television service available 5. Air conditioner having mice inside 6. Geyser having leakage, tied with polythene 7. Holes on the wall and ceiling 8. No cleanliness & hygiene standards maintained. List is endless shri krishna divine dham hotel. Showing chandelier pictures and misleading with interior and ambiance. Ac having mice inside, we were unable to sleep while night. In morning when opened balcony for some fresh air, this dump is what i get to see. Completely unhygienic stay. Proof attached.

Room was good but rate was higher

The room was not clean and there was no soap and towel present, the chair was broken, blanket was dirty and we did not even get water after calling multiple times and there are no reception to wait or to talk to anyone for any issues. It's just a single room with just a small space area.

Sir we reached morning my stay at noon we reached in campus call 10 times they are not supported phone call and mot responded

Room not clean room outer area is not clean tv and freeze are not working very far from iskon, bankey bihari temple location out side apartment type property no service no notice board outside the property bed sheet very dirty overall experience is not so good as per price
