Terrible stay

It was a worst stay. I was with my family. Staff were not at all cooperative. It was not a child friendly hotel. It was poor in all the aspects. No facilities were provided to us.

There was no lift, and I was with me parent as they were old so, it was quite difficult. Service was very bad and no bell boy was there.

Firstly the hotel was not ready to provide a decent room. The bedsheets were dirty and there were no wash basin in the toilet. Overall experience was terrible.
