Shanti Guest House

I booked ac rooms but make my trip is hotel aminites are not correct. When i reached and got hotel. They had not took me ac rooms normal bedroom and very small room terrible expirience

Toilet to be organised properly. Cleaning in the room necessary. No room service available.

Less hygiene, average quality of room. Washroom was not clean. Bedsheets and pillows were not clean. Bed was not comfortable.

Room was average, location is near the temple so more convenient to commute the mahakaal temple. Amenities should be improve as we didn't get basic kit like tooth pest, comb etc. And also good towel need to provide to the customer (provide towel was not good in quality.

Overall cleanliness was poor and bad smell, leakages seen in bathroom.

Scope for betterment, cooperative people but average cleanliness and services.

Location near to temple as described. Improvement opportunities is there for service side, like water bucket & mug is very cheap and not clean, bed sheet having holes in it.

I was very nice

Home like feeling. Well behaved staffs and owner. Twenty four hours water supply was there. Rooms were spacious.

Worst experience with mmt. No luggage storage in room, third class dirty rooms, third class stay, no luggage carrier. I had to carry luggage myself from paid parking half kilometre away as no parking available at stay. No drinking water provide by manager as i had to bought it from outside.

I will suggest travellers not to opt for this guest house. Management and service are worst here, they don't have any manners how to talk to guest. If you are trying to book at last moment be very careful these guys can ask you more money. If you guys are married and are couples then i will strictly ask you not to visit this guest house at all.

Guest house is well located nearest to mahakaal temple (700 metres approx. Two concerns are there, one is dirty washroom and other no table is provided in room. Blankets and towel were so dirty to use. One plus point is dug-gad yatri gr-uh restaurant just adjacent to shanti guest house where everyone can enjoy great punjabi, gujrati, south indian foo i would give this guest house two and a half out of five point

Dirtiest hotel i have experienced in my life. Only plus side is that its close to mahakal temple. Pols do not choose this place

We reached midnight but as we could see there was lack of blankets and cleanliness. Its an average stay where you can stay but seems unfair with the pricing part

The guest house is well located and is at walking distance from mahakal mandir. But the washrooms were a disappointment, not properly cleaned, even the toilet shower was not properly placed. Apart from the washroom it was an average stay

Location is very good, very near to makaleshwar mandir but property is ok. You have to buy hot water for bathing as no geysers are there in rooms. Staff was helpful.

Very bad stay for me and no hot water in the room. For hot water you have to pay 30 /bucket. Still if you want to stay there don't book

Best for solo travelers easy to find cooperative staff i had a great stay all in all great room for the price they are offering bathrooms need upgrade for sure

I did find location by map, food by near restaurant, no amenities, in kind of service ok but i would like to share you they charge 90- rs for hot water it’s should free because when i visited other hotels they are providing free hot water with rent of 1500- i spent more than 1816- rs plus 90 rs for same its not good
