Very bad experience, fan not working, ac not working, they have all the electric control in some other area, myself & my friend very much disappointed in taking this stay, try to remove these kind of stay from make my trip

It is a good, nice hotel to stay in tirur and the staff are very polite. It's near the public transport area also.

The location link is shared wrongly by makemy trip pp l and when reached hotel reception ph number they can not share perfect location link so i need to call several times and identify the property location, there is no lift, cleanness issues

The room was decent but the main door lock was damaged and forced me to call the receptionist multiple time to open it. A/c was not working properly. The ambient of hotel was not that great. But the behaviour of the staff was very good.

This place is very accessible from the railway station. The entrance lobby is small and can accommodate few people. I booked 2 ac rooms. It was not upto to expectations and very different from what we see in the app. The bathrooms are not maintained and needs more repair work. Overall, my stay was average

I have not been provided accomedation. They have they have informed you by 2 pm room is full. I have suffered a lot. Please refund my payment of rs. 1661- atvearliest

Economical room and location is great…people were good. Rooms are decent and value for money.

Not recommended. Cockroaches and main door lock problem for that our belongings are not safe. When they don't have kitchen, so why food options are there.

Room is large enough to cater the need of a two/three member family. Bed, pillows towels etc are clean. Floor and wall are also neat but cockroches are marching on the floor. Room allotted to us was with wider windows allowing sunlight and air if desired. But the curtains seems very old. The room allotted have two parts. First we are entering into a small room furnished with a coat and small table. From this room only we can enter the main room. Both are separated with door lockable from main room. This arrangement is very convenient for those who are traveling with a driver/maid. No attached bathroom available for the annexed room. Though just 100 away from main road, the place is calm. Very limited parking space only available and no car porch is available. If it is raining you have to step-down from vehicle into the rain. Tirur railway station is not far away. Behavior of staff deserves particular appreciation. No restaurant is attached with this hotel. But, some reputed restaurants near will serve your food by a phone call. Some restaurants available within walkable distance.

Never ever book this hotel, you have to share your room with cockroaches, food also unhygenic and horrible

It was poor stay room was clean but washroom was not clean, location was good, hotel services was very poor, staff behavior was average. Overall it was a poor stay. I will not suggest to others.

Good location, bed very hard, friendly staff, prompt service, food ordered from nearby hotel.
