such a horrifying experience . in the middle of the there was a drunken man shouting loudly at the lobby and the receptionist didn't stop him . At around 1 am, 3 young men and 1 woman came in, talking loudly and laughing. At that time, the power had been cut. One of them knocked on the door of the room we were staying in and then left. The receptionist was smoking at the looby ,.. and feels like he didnt care about the guest and he didn't stop them
