The room is good and both the breakfast and dinner were good. The bathrooms was not clean and had smell and there was no hot water available

the Royal Rebo was great homestay. The room was clean and functional, the meals (breakfast and dinner) were very high quality. the staff were all very friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make me 2 night stay as pleasant as possible.

Subject: Request for Partial Refund due to Inadequate Services at Royal Rebo, Hanle

I recently booked my stay at "Royal Rebo, Hanle". While I would like to acknowledge that the owner and staff were hospitable and the overall stay was decent, I am compelled to highlight some significant concerns regarding the facilities provided at the property, especially given the climatic conditions in Hanle. 1. Lack of Adequate Room Comfort for the Climate: Although the staff were accommodating, the rooms themselves were not cosy or equipped to handle the extreme cold climate in Hanle. Basic amenities such as continuous electricity and hot water were insufficient, making the stay quite uncomfortable. Considering the remote location, a higher level of comfort is expected to ensure that guests can relax and stay warm. 2. Overpricing and Inadequate Services at Royal Rebo: It is quite clear that no detailed analysis or survey of the services at Royal Rebo was conducted. Many other participants of the Star Party event stayed at other nearby properties. These stays included all essential facilities—such as food (breakfast and lunch), DG / Invertor electricity throughout the day, and continuous hot water —which made their stay far more comfortable. - Electricity was only available for 1 hour, from 08:00 to 09:00. - Hot water was provided for only 1 hour, from 07:00 to 08:00. - We had no access to light or hot water during the day when we needed it most, particularly since we were working from 4 PM to midnight and required these services during the daytime for rest and preparation. (Charging our equipment) 3. Request for Partial Refund: Due to the inadequate services and overpricing, I believe it is only fair to request a 50% refund of the total charges paid for the stay. The services provided were far below expectations

Dear guest Hanle itself is 280km far away leh main city and in such remote location, no one expects cosy rooms and high level of comfort.. but at this location royal rebo supplies electrocity from 6:30to 11pm and from 7:30 to 9:30 in the morning. Hot water runs from 7:30 to 11pm on the evening and from 6:30 am on ward in the morning.... But to be true we have no electricity during the day time... If you have inquired about such special facilities before checked in, we had definately told the truth and suggest you to change your stay if such facilities is available somewhere else.... Anyone visitng such remote location never expects high level of comfort stay and most of the guests till now at Rebo are very satisfied... Few line your goodself might not ... I accept and respect your view also.... We Royal Rebo family here are committed to improve our services at the best possible level...
