Hygeine was extremely poor. After repeated requests no senetary service was provided. Food was very costly and quality was poor. Room service was at its lowest level. Highly disappointed.

It was a very average experience but the price was too high there were no towels provided no soap given and food was too expensive but very average

The room was not at all clean with dirty bedsheets, stinky blankets, uncleaned room and bathroom. They didn't give kettle in the room, there was no mirror in the bathroom. The pictures shown do not match with the reality. Overall it was far below my expectations and very low value for the price.

Family managed property. Average room. Food was below average. Non veg meal of chicken rice and egg rice is having same price. No options for food. Coffee not available and roti in lunch not available. Location average.

Decent place to stay with good

The quality of the food is very poor. The rooms smell of something. The dinning area smells of non veg food which makes it terrible to sit there

The room and food was average. The charges taken for the room seem to be on higher side. There was no options in the food. However the staff was good and cooperative.

Whenever they mentioned in facilities, you will not get even one. Tv was there but not working. Kettle there but not working. Over priced.

The room was spacious but given the high altitude a heater would have been nice. The view from the window was very scenic. The food was not upto the standard and was expensive as well. Overall experience was pretty average but given the fact that it was only for 1 night's stay it was manageable

Overall good but need good connectivity and tv.
