Washroom are very old, property manager never responded over call, ac didn’t work for one night due to voltage fluctuation, bed is uncomfortable

i was not able to enter the hotel i reached there ad night but there was no staffs at all and i couldnt check in

Response is good. Near the center of the city. No aeration in the room. Some areas of fungal formation, need to clean it.

I recently stayed at [Z Express pulse and had a positive experience. The room was clean and comfortable, spacious, etc.. and the staff was friendly, helpful, attentive, The amenities, were excellent

This was a smooth checkin the receptionist was friendly didn't faced any issues while check in enjoyed the stay for 2 days

Room was good. AC was functional but cooling was not there. Below average bathroom with no hanger for clothes. Water tap knob was rusted and even got shock from the knob, poor earthing I guess.

Rooms are not neat we stayed in some what better picked, no room service, no hot water and drinking water was very bad in taste. Call room service they will not respond. Does not care about customer. Actually it's was PG. May be good for PG accommodation not good for travelers

My check in was defined stating that the rooms all full. No rooms available. I have booked room through MMT 5 days before. There is no receptionist or manager present in the property. The property manager available over phone and he stated I have to contact MMT customer care. The worst part MMT customer not picked the call, it is always going on hold. Very terrible experience. This property is kind of cheap but it comes with problem where you need to manage and lot of adjustment. Sometime above situation gives more problem. MMT also need improve over communication during times when customer call on bad situation.

The hotel staff gave us a room with no electricity and then a room thay was not clean. They were very rude and refused to fix the problem. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

location, toilet, staff and room cleaning are average recommend for students location, toilet, staff and room cleaning are average recommend for students.

They were friendly and quick with their responsiveness. Everything worked as expected without any issues. Location is a bit inside a shopping complex, hence it's a bit confusing to locate by using google maps.
