Hotel was at very appropriate location with Beautiful view and very comfortable. Food was average in Taste.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The food was good and the hotel staff were polite and helpful, except for one person who attended our call before arrival regarding luggage pickup—his behavior could’ve been better. The location was a bit far due to ongoing government road work, which made reaching the hotel slightly inconvenient. But apart from that, we had a pleasant experience.

Hotel is at 5km away from mall road which gives you immense pleasure, greenery is good here & away from crowded place, peace of mind

Hotel management was very poor after calling for room services they cannot take response after several reminders, i have stayed two days there no one is coming to clean the room, lift was not working after power cut

Pathetic service, weird staff, cheapest 1start or 0star hotel, no locks in room, u can’t sleep in your room in-case other people in your adjacent room aren’t sleeping because u can easily hear them even when they switch on/off their heater. No heater is available in 6degree temp and in-case needed, it’s charged. Food options are lesser and poor quality of food. Receptionists are very rude. Overall never ever recommend anyone to go for this hotel, totally time waste.

Room has direct view of apple garden and snowy mountains. Parking area for private vehicles need improvement because less space is available. Food must include pane-er dishes for veg customers. Games like table tennis, billiards, carom etc may be incorporated for guests. Rooms and bathrooms were clean.

It was located at perfect distance from the mall road to enjoy the peaceful weather.

They are not providing any facility to drivers of guest. Rooms facility are on average situation not good. Bed sheets and other things not changed in n ex day. Room cleaning service is not good. Parking facility not available. And many other things which are not suitable for us

It's like jail...you have to eat food before 10 pm, No breakfast if you're a minute late..no room service ...very strict rules which will bother you ...i suggest everyone to avoid this hotel...you won't enjoy here ..you will be frustrated 😖

I stayed here for 1 day, location is very awesome, balcony view is wow, room service and food quality is also very good, room was big and washroom quality was superb.
