Only thing good about the hotel was the room was good size other than that everything else was in poor condition. The front desk had trouble finding my reservation. Pillows were so dirty and towels were like they hadn’t been washed for weeks. restaurant looked nothing like in photos. Everything was rundown for the amount they charged. We have seen much better hotels

familyWe travelled in family group. The delux room given to us were clean, big and well maintained. Room service and hotel staff was also very kind and professional. Hotel provides Gym, Restaurant services. It is on raod and google map works well for this location. Lifts were not working 😕 (may be a temporary issue), Hotel entrance is not as grand as it looks in photo. The way to reception actually goes through shopping complex area. In short, you can certainly consider this Hotel if planning to stay in Bhalukpong.

The people at reception were friendly but the food provided were cold. Everything was Okey during the stay but I had some troubles after my stay. I had left some items in the bedside drawer and I forgot to take it at checkout but after sometime I came back for the items but it was nowhere to be found. I asked the Hotel management but they didn't have any answer. Since the things were not costly I didn't file a police complaint but I felt insecure after the incident and I don't think I will be staying in that Hotel again.
