Vivaana Culture hotel is a great place. It's an old beautiful haveli converted to a hotel. We had selected 2 Luxury rooms. *Important* Photos shown for room booking are misleading. We got 2 small rooms. There were no Fresco arts. Rooms were white and not colorful. Rooms shown in photos had a lot of Fresco arts with a lots of hanging Chandeliers. Reception told me that they are Royal rooms. They also told us that they allocate rooms as per number of guests. If there are 3 guests, they get bigger room. 2 guests get smaller room. Royal room was not available in booking. If you are looking for colorful rooms, you must avoid Luxury rooms. Food(a la carte as well as buffet) was very delicious. Breakfast was average. Best part is staff was very nice and cooperative. Verdict: Great mansion. Great staff. Great food(except breakfast). Poor Luxury rooms. Great view from the roof(good for stargazing) If you're looking for colorful rooms with full of Fresco Arts, you must avoid Luxury rooms.

It is a beautiful heritage haveli converted into a comfortable stay. The staff is great and their hospitality is amazing. Although the food options are limited, it is delicious.

It’s a very well maintained property. The staff is super sweet & courteous. The rajasthan food on their menu is really good and is a must try. The wifi network will most likely give you an issue as the strength of the signal will keep varying.

Slow service bad and cold dinner served bad breakfast, poor spread untrained staff toaster not working and staff have no clue

Location is good food is pretty average breakfast way below expectation service is very slow staff forget what you ask for and. Or ignore staff lacks training

The hotel is good and it's located in a nice location if one is interested in exploring the rural side of the state. The staff is very welcoming, supportive and flexible. The rooms are good and quite unique and will definitely give you a royal feeling with your stay. Areas of improvement: food at the restaurant can be improved and made more affordable considering there are no other options for eating. Also i felt that they are understaffed due to which they are not able to manage all the activities available at the hotel.

Situated in a little cul de sac in small town near Mandawa. It’s a beautiful Shekhawati haveli, two actually joined together seamlessly. The food and the presentation was excellent. Everything was perfect.
