Hospitality is excellent. People are good. All staff including kaushal in fmb is a very sweet girl and served us good breakfast every morning. Only complaint i have is that hotel needs still maintenance in the rooms. If they improve on that it's one of the best place to stay. The location is good with ample place for parking.

Hotel denied checkin as make my trip didn't give them confirmation of our booking. We were waiting on reception for the same to coordinate with make my trip and hotel. They even asked for extra bed charges in-spite of paying everything service at restaurant was very slow. It almost took 2 hrs to serve. Why didn't make my trip send conformation to hotel prior.

Kailsh in hotel : price was not matching the quality. The room which they have given to me it was not cleaned and they changed room again i waited there. Good feedback : food is really good. Rs 3, 000 is too much for them room rent as per me it should be 2000 incisive tax.
