Nice room stay with all necessary amenities , the hall , kitchen , bedrooms and wash rooms are all clean and hygienic , homely stay , we had a baby staying with us and we used to prepare hot milk in the stay itself , no objection for food ordered from Swiggy , utensils were available and used rapido for quick connectivity to nearby places such as Govinda Raju swami temple and torch’s ur is very near by , connectivity wise location of room stay is at a very near important garudari flyover junction , food from Subbarao Urban Nest Homestay is available on Swiggy just in 15 mins , ps4 pure veg restaurant is nearby , staying in This Urban Nest Homestay we visited all main temples in Tirumala and Tirupati , went to gudi mallam , kalahasti , Tiruttani, kanipakam vellore , on an overall basis I’m very much happy to stay here and will prefer staying here once again when I visit Tirupati

We stayed at Urban Nest Homestay ,which is near Padmavati temple , for 3 nights as part of our Tirumala-Tirupati pilgrimage from Kerala. Although the check-in time is at noon, we checked in at midnight without any issues. Appreciate that. The homestay looked like new built, was clean throughout - 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms. There were ample space for storage as well. Kitchen had sufficient utensils and an induction cooker. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Urban Nest, really helpful front desk executives who escorted us during late check-in and early checkouts. Highly recommend this place for a pleasant stay.

It's relatively new property. It's currently neat with all amenities.Not far from center of city. They didn't have tie up with nearby restaurant, which just adds up to the goodies. The more they make sure they maintain the property overcoming the wear and tear over next few years, They will sure be rewarded with bookings.

Home stay was excellent and the facilities like TV, AC sofaset, Dining table , Beds provided were of very good quality. Rooms were really good and clean. The apperance of rooms had given a real home stay. Loved the home stay and would like to visit againwhen back to tirupati.....

Urban Nest Homestay Tirupati is a wonderful property, I would recommend families should book this property for a stay in Tirupathi. Rooms are spacious and very neat and clean. Very approachable to restaurants. We had a wonderful stay with my family.

The property is located at peaceful place, surrounded by Corporation park which is useful for physical activities. The rooms were fully furnished, it gave us pleasant stay. The stay was worth the money. Only draw back is drinking water facility.

The stay was absolutely excellent. Their hospitality too. The homestay is somewhat closer to the temple which made our journey a bit easier. We all loved the stay.
