Hotel staff was not supportive

Property is very good, food is good, location is good overall the experience at nubra residency is v good

Room size is pretty small with inadequate ventilation. Toilet is not up to the mark ( untidy)

Lights are not available bed was not good even heaters not available

Was not on the main road neither it was on bank of river

Stay was good with proper facilities

Bit expensive, otherwise, gud stay n location also not v easy

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The view around the hotel was amazing nestled around mountains it was an awesome experience the food was homely though limited in spread but was good.

The hotels booked through mmt are as per description. The service booking is very good.

The nubra residency reception denied our booking through mmt. We were tired after a 6 hour road trip, and were taken aback by this lack of professionalism. Ultimately they provided a normal (not deluxe- as per booking) room. We had to ask for hot bags to keep the bed warm and hot water in jar, as there was no electric kettle in room. The dinner was fresh but very basic. We had to call twice to "let in" hot water in the taps next morning, so that we can bathe and leave. We did not wait for breakfast. The attitude of management is poor, and the amenities don't cater to the basic needs of a hotel stay. We felt the night was spent in a tree-house without the "tree.

Very bad. The manager misbehaved with us as soon as we reached the hotel. We had to change the rooms next day as the room allotted to us was not available next day. There was no intercom in the room. Bedsheets were dirty and soiled. Food was below average. The mattresses for extra bed were dirty and foul smelling. The hotel was certainly not the property for the price they ask for.

It was very nice experience to stay in hunder. Food quality was extremely awesome. Limited cuisine but full stomach satisfied. Rooms were big and all other amenities were also nice. Group traveller. From odisha.

I stayed in nubra residency for 2 nights. Nothing good about this hotel. To start with. Without even checking the booking detail, front deck said no booking in your name. Manager sanjay just ask anything 1st reply not available or its chargeable rooms are too small without any amenities. Food is not great, something wrong with the oil but canteen staffs are good to summarise no good feedback to share.

Staff is nice helpful. Hotel furnishings and cleaniness needs to improve
