Clean, hygienic and friendly environment. Friendly and cooperative staff. Was a very delightful stay. All needs and questions were answered patiently.

Property’s location is at a beautiful place, food quality was excellent, amenities and services were excellent. Staff people were friendly and polite.

No lights , no light backup,, no worm water , kettle not allowed to start , no proper bed sheets to prevent chilling cold .. we couple survived 17th June date with the only gods grace ..shivering,fever whole nights ..they said electricity kal mrg me 8 am ayegi or generator v kaam nai kr raha ..

It was an amazing experience staying at hermitage, staff was cooperative and sensitive to customers requirements,Mr Jimmy is super excellent.

Main cook was on leave and his assistant made terrible food. Location and set up is just average. Overall it does not deserve good rating. There are better options around

Excellent food, clean and well maintained tent, prompt service, helpful staff. Only thing they can improve is to provide hot water in tap and take care of insects in the tent and washroom

We had a great experience at yolo, jispa. The dome was beautiful with all the facilities. The staff was very cooperative and helpful and served hot and yummy food at the temp -4. This place is a must visit place if you can deal with extreme cold. Overall loved the stay.
