Every thing including location & facilities were excellent and specially food quality & taste was superb 👍👍

Food Quality is average. Cleaning Quality is not up to the mark. The room size is good, and the staff is also good. Location is Good, there is no issue for the parking.

There is no neatness.Mainly in wash room we got a very bad smell.It is horrible to use wash rooms

Room cleaning & room service is awesome. But the quantity & price of food is not suitable for a single person to stay.

Good environment, excellent service friendly environment

The food was good and the staff was courteous but some other aspects were lacking. The room cleaning was definitely a concern and the air conditioner was not maintained (not able to cool properly. Instead of a soft carpet in the corridors it could have been tiles or hard flooring. The soft carpet was quite dirty and was contributing to the stale air feel that was prevailing.

I have lost my air-pod and hotel staff was supporting, if by mistake someone has left their things then it’s hotel responsibility to give them him back instead of denying their duties.

Grand property in harda. Rooms are large and spacious. Food isn't very good. Housekeeping needs improvement.

The hotel is luxurious. Staff is very polite and courteous. Housekeeping needs more attention. My room was not cleaned when i checked in. I had to call separately to change the sheets. Also found empty alcohol bottles in the bed side table drawer from previous occupants. Food is good.

I book standard catagory. That's very small room no have there anything then go hotel then i upgrade room with paid charges

The hospitality was poor and they charged 500 extra i have bill also

I did select the deluxe room for saty and pay accordingly but the mmt provided only standard room, this is cheating

Good hotel with nice rooms and good food

Front elevation is the only better part. Other rooms are (including presidential suit) just hopeless. Morning breakfast is also just limited to three or four items. Just horrible

Property is very good but lack of cleanliness

I had issue at d time of booking for which i call d property. The gm of hotel was very rude nd didn't give me satisfactory answer. However it was resolved by u@makemytrip.
