it was in good location but I have to pay 1900 extra due to we were four people we were forced to upgrade to ac which in call he said you can adjust in simple room by giving 600 extra but rooms are clean

familyI booked this for a day because of the high ratings. Location was great, rooms were good but were available only on 1st or 2nd floor with no lift facility for senior citizens. There were 2 stairs one available for owners only and the one for guests were a pain and kind of risky for senior citizens. Their food maker wasn’t available but the owner was kind enough to arrange for breakfast lunch and dinner for us. Owner was quite hospitable but didn’t seem too happy to host us! he said they have stopped hosting families but my booking somehow slipped (i don’t think any guest would like to hear this) the owner kept grumbling about his problems which is his headache and i am not way concerned for those. Overall an ok stay but i would definitely wouldn’t recommend this to anyone just because of the owners weird attitude!

You are completely on your own. Not/very less service as such, but comparing prices of this rooms it's not at all worth staying. Instead in the same price we can get great places like Hotel Coconut in Kudal.

The property is good, the owner stays in the same premises and the family is well behaved but no staff dedicated to housekeeping or service, no food available at the hotel. You need to drive few miles for food. I have to spend around for a night which is not at all worth. I will suggest that people can find accommodation at the coconut hotel at almost the same price with 10 folds facilities, location, food, and the most important thing i.e. accessibility.

Property was very hygiene

The owner of The property was very good, he personally takes care of The cleanliness and hygiene. The caretaker was also helpful by nature, nice service and The facilities provided. As The property is in The residential area so, The security was also good.
