Very humble and sweet people room quality first class.

The property is located at convenient distances from alibaug beach & varsoli beach. The owner is very polite. Aunty's idle sambar was awesome. The best sambar i ate in maharashtra so far.

It was centrally located, well maintained rooms, bungalow owners are friendly, looking forward to visit again

I would definitely recommend this stay to everyone. Rooms were clean and spacious tooo, it can easily accommodate 6+ people. And they have complementary breakfast too “do not miss it” thanks to uncle and aunty.

If you are looking for stay in alibag which is affordable and very well maintained this is the place for you. The hosts are very freindly helped us with some nearby attractions, getting contacts for rickshaw/car transportation around alibag. This place also has a kitchen with utensils where you can cook your food. We were group of 6 people and instead of using outside restaurants we preferred cooking food which helped us save some cost. This bungalow is close to alibag st stand, it takes only 10 mins by walking to reach from st stand to bungalow and there are shopping marts around the area. Overall it was a really nice experience and hosts were really friendly with us.

It felt like we were staying in our own house. The villa is well maintained and very clean. The owner leaves on the ground floor and are very welcoming people.

If you are looking for a stay at a homely place, this is place for you and your family. The location is near to main road. The property is on the 1st floor, a 2 bhk with a balcony and an organized kitchen. The rooms were really good, clean and windy. You can either cook yourself or order food from the nearby restaurants. The owner is very supportive and consider the visitors as family and not just travelers. He provided the breakfast and it was very tasty. We had poha and idle and they were delicious. Few things like bathroom tap water was bit slow, a good kadai required in kitchen and gas flame needs to be improved. The market place is quite near and the nearest beach is alibag beach. Overall the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Again, the owner was very good and made us feel at home.

Property is good. Only second floor of the bunglow is given for stay which has two rooms, one hall, one kitchen, one toilet and one bathroom but it is mention on site that u will get entire bungalow a caretaker proper family stays in the ground floor after 10 pm loud music is not allowed breakfast was not included but aunt y / caretaker who stays at the ground floor of the bunglow provided us ( poha and tea) the breakfast. We all thanks to her. Total 10 guest are allowed. Hygiene was very good.

The description says it's a complete villa available, however, only the first floor is available for guests. The host & his family reside on the ground floor. This is misleading as we had booked thinking it's the entire villa, without any other occupants. Also, we were told that mostly senior citizens reside in the society so any form of noise is not allowed. Due to this we had to be super conscious the entire time. Also, there is no house keeping/ caretaker/ maid available, so guests are expected to wash the utensils etc.

Everything as described. Market and beaches are all at very convenient distance. Host are very supportive and would treat the guests like family. Common big parking just nearby. Except the mosquito trouble in whole alibaug and weak mobile plus wifi internet my overall stay was enjoyable. This is a unique option with family stay (1st floor 2bhk) and fully functional kitchen.
