The place have exotic view and vibe inside the forest and Mountain View. Gusting wind and birds singing. That what a real vacation means . There was no food available but the care taker was really helpful in getting anything in the cottage from Zomato

The place promised WiFi and there was no WiFi and connectivity was poor There was a power cut for more than 50% of the time we spent there The entire staff was on leave and breakfast was available on only one of the two days The dinner on one day was made at the site and we had to Swiggy on one day The promise made on the site has to match what is provided and unfortunately it does not will do well to have a stricter qualification process

We had a good time, the. Care taker and the lady cook are very good they treated us well, the view of stiuga home is superb, my baby girl enjoyed a lot. It's good but-some wat expensive

Incorrect location tagged which mislead us in the first place didn’t communicate about the kitchen holiday which would’ve given us information about cancel-ling the stay except location nothing that the stay said was correct

Beautiful wooden cottages tucked in nature. Lovely staff and homely food will make your vacation truly memorable.

The place is right in the middle of estate cum forest. Clean rooms, lovely view and privacy. However service can be improved wrt food as they were very constrained

We reached property around 4 pm but than also room was not ready. The location is good, it is on hill but there is nothing nearby. The kitchen was not working, so food was to be delivered from far city. The water, towels were provided after many reminders and that too in evening. The caretaker do not know hindi or english, he knows only tamil so very tough to get anything from him. There was no wifi, the toilet was not hygienic. Overall not recommended and also the price is very high with comparison of facilities and services.

The natural setting is superb, offering only two cottages nestled in the midst of a coffee estate. The ambiance is perfect for capturing beautiful photos, and the place is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The caretaker is also a wonderful person.

We have booked stuga homestay through makemytrip inspite of bad reviews in google. We have bad experience with owner. We had called him multiple times before reaching homestay to arrange dinner since we are arriving late. He did not pick our calls(tried both numbers mentioned in makemytrip) he picked once and said "care taker available. I will share his number in whatsapp. But switched off immediately. We reached homestay and no caretaker available. We sat in the car for sometime. Caretaker came after some time. Pros: nice view cons: no proper response from owner. Care taker won't available most of the time. No basic amenities like hot water. You can forget about internet/wifi. They speak only local language. If you dont know local language, you wont be able to communicate with him. Food wont be prepared in homestay, they will get it from chikmaglur. I recommend you to make your own arrangements(have breakfast while going out. Have dinner while coming back. They have not arranged camp fire even after requesting. If you have your own vehicle, know local language, having zero expectations for high price you are paying you can visit this place. For others, i highly not recommending this place.

It was a lovely experience staying at this property. Words fall short to describe this beautiful place. I definitely recommend all to visit this property. This has all the basic amenities and provide good food.

The rooms was not at all clean and kept ready. There were spider webs everywhere. Bathroom was not clean. No hot water was available. Location is really good if looking for an isolated stay but cleanliness has to be maintained

Dusty rooms kitchen in bad shape dirty utensils not safe for kids poor arrangments for food not even sealed water to drink

The location and stay were clean, but the caretaker was lazy. He doesn't want to work. He wanted extra money. Don't even ask for tea and coffee. He doesn't know the meaning of privacy. Looking at girls. Forced us to sleep early. Morning was also forced to take breakfast so he could get free early. He asked for extra money for a late checkout, although that was available for late checkout. Very bad experience just because of that guy.

The place has no restaurant and so the name itself is misleading. There were no towels provided. No hot water available in the taps until 9:30 in the morning. No coffee or tea options when we arrived since there was no gas. The kitchen itself was filthy and stinking. The only good thing was the view from the room.

It is a very scenic place with a beautiful mountain view. The only thing that was lacking was a bit of hospitality and small small basic needs like soap, sampoo and toothpaste. There was a bit of a maintenance issue but it's under renovation so i think that would be taken care of. Since it's a very isolated place more lights in the property would be better. Food was really good.
