Due to your system issues my booking was done from 13th to 14th whereas i had to book from 14th to 15th this was not adjusted and hotel staff was third grade they were clear no in doing any kind of adjustment as a result i lost my 4000 and now had to book a cheaper hotel

Worst experience
One of the worst stays I have had. First I saw a mouse in the room then lost power at 3 AM and it took half an hour for them to fix. Apparently, it was due to a faulty card reader which one of the electricians seemed to know about as he fixed it within 30 seconds when first one failed. It happened twice again but I knew how to fix it so did it myself. Shower drainage was 100% blocked and that area turned into a tub after a bath. They took half an hour and 2 calls to send someone to fix it. Overall, very bad experience.

Food was not good. Dry rice, bland paneer and paneer cubes seemed to made of fake paneer, moong daal halwa seemed to have too much sooji and no taste of moong daal. Location was dissterous as there were too many kabadiwalas, jhuggiwalas, filth, druggies, broken road, traffic jam. Hotel room and washrooms were ok and were clean, room size was ok. Hotel is very well built and quite beautiful decor but food needs to be improved greatly and the builder needs to do something to improve surroundings via govt help or support.

Poor Stay
Property location is very poor. It is in a village. Very bad road and rular area. Food I have tasted. Amenities very poor. In night I asked hot water in bathroom. It was told that in morning you will get hot water. Boiler will be started in morning. I again told that early morning my flight is. I need hot water by 6 am. Ther was no hot water supply. When I complained a so called engineer came and opened the tab for 15 to 20 minutes. But waist. I have to say. Let it go. I am getting late. And I took bath without hot water.

Very disappointed with the breakfast service. The food quality was poor, options were very limited, and nothing felt fresh. Service was slow and staff seemed uninterested in attending to guests. Definitely not what you expect from a hotel that charges this much. Needs serious improvement in both quality and hospitality. after that payment was not readable bad coffee also pineapple juice with mixed water

Great Location | Very Unhygienic
Hotel is very unhygienic - sheets, pillow, everything is dirty and smells, the staff is fine and helpful, the location is a big plus since it is same building as passport office.

Disappointing
the property and rooms are neat and clean, my experience so far has been disappointing. The biggest disappointment was the front office staff. They came across as unprofessional, arrogant, and poorly trained. At check-in, no one guided me to the room – I was simply told to “go to the 5th floor” and manage on my own. Later, when I ordered coffee at the café, I was told that my room was on “no post” and I had to make immediate payment. I requested that the bill be posted to the room so I could settle everything at check-out (as is standard in most hotels), but the front office was rigid and completely unhelpful. At night, I discovered that instead of the King/Queen bed I had requested, a twin bed was provided. I requested a change and waited in the room for 15 minutes, then another 15 minutes at reception, but staff members Abhishek, Raman, and Faruk just stood there doing nothing – no action, no courtesy, no willingness to help. The Food & Beverage service was equally disappointing. I placed a tea order at 11:15 pm and reminded room service again at 11:30 pm. The tea finally arrived around midnight – a long delay for something so basic and reflective of poor coordination. On a positive note, housekeeping staff showed professionalism and courtesy. One of them personally came to speak with me, understood my concerns, and arranged another room which was comfortable. Their efforts are appreciated. I strongly request you to look into these issues urgently. The property has potential, but the guest experience is being compromised due to poor front office and F&B service.
