It was a good stay for it's price

Property is in horrible condition. No hot water, rooms are stinking we had informed them that we are not going to stay there

Budget friendly rooms, no lift, hot water not coming, for group or family it's cost effective. No parking charges. Full green around the building.

The stay was horrible. Mattress on bed sheet stinking. Seems not cleaned for weeks. No drinking water provsion. No hot water for bath. Needs to be taken in bucket from gr floor outside the building to first floor or second floir of stay. No arrangements with out side vendor for tea and dinner etc. Bathroom fittings in bad shape. With indian toilet. No attendent for aby help like luggage shifting. Beds all rusted iron cots. Fan regulator at full spreed only. Much more to write. I would not recommend this guest house to any one. Worst i have seen after travel-ling for more then 30 years.

Cheap and best stay. But the owner attitude is not up to the mark. We booked 2 rooms for 1800 change which is cheap and best stay. Room was quite ok, no water heater. Owner attitude is bit aggressive.

There is no lift the washroom wasn't even clean there was no hot water for bath cleanliness is not even a part of the stay even the mug in the washroom is bad the list goes on i wouldn't recommend anyone for this type of hotel

Wrost room maintenance and non hygienic beds

Stay was comfortable and affordable but bit more maintenance is needed, no hot water but for the money it is worth to stay in this tourist places

Simple budget accommodation. Good for temporary visitors or long term budget stay. Owner is aver y nice man. Surroundings are very good.

Everything is good. Surroundings are bushy so we can face some mosquitoes. All others are superrrr

It was a horrible, miserable and worst experience. There were no lift, no service boys to carry the luggage, no hot water facility. No tv in the rooms. The owner/ care taker in the guest house was very rude and discourteous. The stay was a night mare for us. Please do not suggest this guest house to a anybody in future. There are lot of variaton between photos in the net and actual conditions.

Unhygienic place with arrogant behavior. No security.

worst place ever. worst service. the owner has no manner to talk. rooms are dirty, blankets are old and dirty. fungus are present on bed and pillows. in room it has night bulb instead of cfl or tubelights. toilet is dirty. bathroom tap will come out if you use it. bathroom blocked. the room was so small and dirty and with very less air and very very very less light(natural + bulb light). a healthy person will surely fall ill if he/she lives here. will never prefer this guest house even if its free. better live on streets then this guest house.

Avg maintenance, no door mats, only one charging socket, low room lighting, no extra bedsheets provided.

I am highly frustrated with the hotel and the customer service of make my trip

No food option. Also outside food is not allowed it is like a guesthouse. Very poor room. Bad smell in room. No western style toilet. Bed are like hospital bed. Owner is to much arrogant. Too much interfering. Although i have checkout booked at 12 pm. But he forced me to checkout at 9.

Room was good and very budget friendly, if you going your friends it’s really worth, very near to bus stand and, main beach, temple are walking distance only
