it was very great service, they served us dinner at 23:30 Hrs upon our arrival and they have a very supportive approach for the need of the guests. It's very nice, clean, specious, enjoyable stay with tasty breakfast.

It all began even before I had checked in. The man at the counter said he needed my Aadhaar and not DL as proof of identity. I asked why, and he said that's their policy. I told him the policy stated in writing on mMt app that they needed either DL or passport or aadhaar. But he just said that's mmt policy and not theirs. They made me call mmt and then only agreed to let me check in. Apart from that the room was just ok. Mosquitoes were there and no one bothered to clean the room even once dukng my 2 day stay. The place is useless and good only for anyone who has work or places to go in risali area. I would ask anyone to avoid it. Ok im in

Hotel was good but service was poor.Booking was included breakfast but there there was little option to choose.

I stayed there for 3 nights. Hotel is well built, rooms are good but breakfast is poor. They didn’t start generator is the night and the light was constantly getting on /off so we couldn’t sleep whole night. Room tv was not working and they paid no attention to start it even after so many requests. These guys didn’t know their own wifi password so they couldn’t share that too. And only when you check in on first day they will provide complimentary water bottle and next day it’s on chargeable basis this is stupidest thing i ever heard at any hotel.

No worth for money…Heater not working, Even after repeated request not attended to get it rectified. breakfast was charged while booking but provided only sandwich for breakfast. Overall unpleasant stay

Stay was pleasant. Services were excellent. Only vegetarian food is served but good in taste. Hygiene and ambience is very good. Parking is available. Overall enjoyed our stay with family.
