Hotel is good to stay. Good neat and clean hotel. Good for on the way travel stay

Stayed for a night. The receptionist and staff were very cooperative and helpful. Smooth check in amd check out. Room and bathroom were neat and clean. My only problem was that room had smoking odour and I do not smoke so it was a bit problematic. But overall I am satisfied. Would prefer to stay again whenever i visit Bhilai.

Terrible experience, don't come to this hotel the staff is so unprofessional and manipulates the price in front of me, i had a booking from mmt at 900 and when i visited the hotel he rejected my booking and asked to pay 1350, also he called his it team to increase price on mmt and when i checked back my 900 price increased to 1350. It's a very bad experience don't come to this place

The hotel is conveniently located. Neat room, toilet. Though the bed linen and blankets were ok, the pillow foam were visibly dirty and perhaps had bed bugs. The toilet didn't have any cloth hanger. The wash basin drain pipe was leaking. The hotel kitchen was not working in the morning. So no bed tea or breakfast. Though they get it from nearby cheap outlets taking some time. But serve satisfactorly. The staff were cordial and helpful. Good for those not very particular about high quality looking for an affordable stay in bhilai.

It was a wonderful stay in hotel welfare club, bhilai. Food was awesome, very neat and hygienic, staff is very friendly and coordinated, they have taken care of all my needs, looking forward for another stay there. Thankyou hotel welfare
